Submission process

Please note that after a fantastic three years of EMEA programs, the EMEA program will not be offered in 2017. Instead, all companies worldwide are eligible to enter our 5th annual, 2017 International program, which is accepting entries through the final deadline on April 28, 2017.

Companies and individuals may submit any number of entries to any of the categories in Best in Biz Awards programs.

Your Best in Biz Awards 2014 EMEA entry should contain three sections*:


A brief description of the nominee’s achievements in 2012-2013

Describe the nominee’s achievements during the 2012-2013 eligibility period (that is from Jan 1, 2012 until present day). Please focus on specific accomplishments relevant to the award category under consideration, relating them to past performance or industry norms. Make sure to mention obstacles overcome, innovations or discoveries made, and specific results. In product categories, make sure to focus on product features, product history, benefits, case studies or notable customers. (500 words or less)


Hyperlinks to any news coverage, press releases or materials supporting the submission

Press stories, press releases, video clips, work samples and more can make a difference. Make sure to include at least 3-5 links in your submission; these could be to your online news room, the best recent article or a past award.


A short biography of the nominee

Provide a brief biography and business background of the nominee. This section can be a company history, product-line history, or executive biography as appropriate to the submission. (100 words or less)


Entry specific photos, logos and other supporting materials (optional)

If you choose, you may also provide executive, team, or product photos and/or company logos for potential inclusion on Best in Biz Awards EMEA website. Similarly, you may provide us with supporting materials in any standard digital file format. Photos, logos and additional supporting materials can be emailed to us at

Once your Best in Biz Awards 2014 EMEA entry is ready, you can submit your entry in one of two ways:


Submit through the Best in Biz Awards EMEA website

After clicking ENTER NOW, you can select your preferred award category. Clicking “add to cart” takes you to a checkout screen containing a text box into which you can cut and paste your entry (you may change or add award categories at this screen as well). From there, use the checkout links at the bottom of the page to finalize and pay for your entries. American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal are accepted methods of payment.



Submit by email

Please feel free to email us your ready submission directly in the email body or in .doc or .pdf format. You can then remit your entry fees using our online shopping cart. If you prefer to use Google Wallet or Paypal or pay by check or bank transfer, please contact us for payment instructions. Invoices are available upon request.
